yummy.... just a few changes makes it PERFECT!,

"this rice pudding was yummy! all i would defientley recommend is instead of using the WHOLE can of sweetend condensed milk.... only use half. it was wayyyy to sugared out! but if you really really love super sweet puddings then stick to the whole can of the sweetend condensed milk.... and lastly leave the LID ON while letting the rice cook and soften! it cooks much quicker that way and the rice feels much softer by absorbing the milk."
