"So many cocktails are too sweet for me but this has only a mild sweetness and is so refreshing. I served this at a dinner party recently and everyone liked it. A cautionary note: Apple cider is carbonated where I live (UK). Add the cider AFTER shaking or gases will blow off the shaker lid and make a great mess. (I know this firsthand!) Definitely worth making though."
