"I wish I could say it was the best kugel I have ever made but since it was the first one I guess I can't. Made this for Shabbat dessert for a wonderful Rabbi and his wife who were in town visiting family and they LOVED it.!!! When offered to take some at the end of the evening they didn't hesitate and the Rabbi's wife asked me to send her the recipe. She said it was the best noodle kugel she had ever had. I did make one slight change. I did melt 1/3 cup margerine and spread it over the bottom of baking pan and sprinkled about 1/2 cup of dark brown suger over it before I put in the noodle mixture. I will definitely make over and over."
