Disappointing,

"What a shame. I had purchased a dozen "choice" oysters and was waiting to try this recipe. I love oysters, both raw, baked as in oysters "Rockafeller"(sp) (my favorite) or "Casino". I shucked them, poured off the liquor(pant, pant), and baked as per the recipe. Simply put, they were way way too salty! And, although my preference for Thai food and your excellent recipes, should be well known from my reviews, the Thai's could learn something from North American culinary trends on this dish.Hey, can't bat 100% all the time. LOL."
