Loved this Recipe!,

"I was very hesitant to make my own curry paste, but searching high and low for a vegetarian paste I came up empty handed. So I turned to this amazing recipe where you make your own.
The Flavors blended wonderfully and tasted just like authentic curry. I did sub out fish sauce and shrimp paste and used a whole lime instead of half. I also threw a yellow bell pepper in blender.
The veggies I used were 5 Yukon gold potatoes, 1 green and one red bell pepper, one head of broccoli, one drained can of diced pineapple (surprisingly awesome :D), and about a half bunch of kale.
The only thing about the curry was that it was a tad more green then yellow, probably because i used two green chilies. I wonder if one green and one red would help balance it?
Overall great recipe, can't wait for leftovers!"
