"This simple recipe left both my husband and I craving second helpings. It is very easy to make and the dressing is so amazing that you should take the chef's advice and double it, I'd suggest tripling it as you won't be able to get enough.

I definately recommend this salad and will be making it again for tonight's dinner..."
