"I made this roast for the first time for New Year's Eve of 2008. My family and I loved it. The roast was tender and the gravy was to die for. My kids loved it so much that for the next couple of days they ate nothing but sandwiches made from the leftover meat and gravy. I've made this roast several times now and my family says it's the best roast and they love it whether it's with mashed potatoes or in between french rolls. Thanks for sharing the recipe, it's made this family very happy."
