"Quick and easy, with generally-available ingredients, this soup is a stunning winner, either as family fare or for a dinner party. The combination of flavours is fabulous, with the ginger and orange hints perfectly balancing the sweetness of the pumpkin and sherry. It will become one of my standards!"
