"I saw this recipe yesterday and you inspired me to go buy a head of cabbage just for this. I made your cabbage rolls this afternoon and they were delicious. I just left the supper table with the "Ooohing and Ahhhing" still lingering in the background from my husband.
I grow my own herbs and had done a big wedding this weekend, so I was short on a "bunch" of parsley, (had some) but added some fresh oregano and marjoram to the mix. It was great!! I made (real) mashed potatoes for a side and they went wonderfully with the juicy cabbage rolls. Everyone who loves cabbage should try this!! Thanks John!!"
