"We used some substitutes and it still tasted like the soup I get at Bangkok Garden in Hackensack, NJ (which is awesome)! We substituted shrimp w/chicken and lemon/lime zest for lemongrass - we also used lowfat coconut milk and dark soy instead of fish sauce!!! The soup was AWESOME!!!!! It was also easy to make!"
