IT'S AS GOOD AS IT GETS!,

"I was in need of a chicken teriyaki recipe. I wanted it to be as close to what I look for in Japanese restaurants. This recipe gave that right mix between sweet and salty with the twist of ginger. Rather than sprinkle the grated ginger over the dish after it was cooked, I grated the ginger into my marinade and served it with Sichimi Togarashi (a red pepper mix) to give it a bit of a kick.
I highly recommend this recipe to anyone. It is so easy to make. It was perfect!"
