Best Barbecued Chipotle Beef Ribs,

"Please try this recipe, it's the best Barbecued Short Rib recipe I have ever made. Everyone loved it. The only change I made was the chipotle peppers. I used one instead of two peppers in the recipe. I wanted it a little milder for my guests tastes. Hope everyone will give this recipe a try."
