"This has been our family traditional Turkey for past years... about 8 to be exact... my kids and now grandkids wouldn't think it was Thanksgiving if we didn't BBQ the bird. We don't have a "fancy" gas grill and honestly, it would take something away from that one of a kind flavor. Never tried this bird... YOU GOTTA! Just use inverted heat so the drippings don't put out the flame, and use a pan to catch the drippings. You'll love how moist this is and it will free the oven for other goodies!!!!"
