"I have made this recipe twice now. It tastes so good my husband begged for it the second time. The first time I made it, I also had a child who was staying over, and it proved to be very kid friendly! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the difficulty level. It takes time out of the busy day to cut up the pork, vegetables, and to first boil, then to fry the noodles. I will make this again on a day I have an hour to make a good dish."
