Easy and Great way to Cook Fish!, February 18, 2009

"I had all these frozen fish fillets of cod taking up space in my freezer, so thought i'd try making this recipe as a way of using them up. If i'd known it was going to turn out so good, i'd have had a couple friends over. Anyway, after a taste test, i did add more fish sauce in the end, as the recipe suggests. Also, instead of the fresh chilies, i used 2 tsp. chili sauce, which gave it the perfect amount of spice. Will definitely make it again, next time with the fresh fish this recipe deserves!"
