"This is a light and simple meal for a romantic occasion. In response to the previous review. Yes, the beef should be removed from the pan to stop the cooking process and allow the meat to rest after you've allowed it to brown on both sides. Remember, each side only requires a couple of minutes cooking time. Over cooking will result in tough and/or dry beef. The remainder of the cooking process is only meant to finish seasoning the meat with the remaining ingrediants."
