Delicious and Easy!!,

"These caramels are outrageously delicious. Buttery, smooth, and soooo good. I changed the temp to 240, so they stay softer after wrapped, and they are easier to cut into. Also, I use 1 Tablespoon of anise. If you just want regular vanilla caramel, just replace the anise with pure vanilla. I gave these out packaged to my friends, mailman, ups guy....they all went crazy for them! You HAVE to have a candy thermometer to make these come out perfectly. Enjoy!"
