Delicious,light muffin!,

"This is a really simple recipe that gave a great tasting muffin. I used roughly chopped Gala apples. The muffins were delicious smelling and moist when I broke into it not to mention very satisfying. I was also surprised at how light my muffins were. I will definitely try this recipe again but next time experiment with nuts or a strussle topping. The possibilities are endless."
