Delicious, but...,

"The oven temperature and baking time are way off. I started baking the falafel at 350 degrees, but after 30 minutes they were still completely raw. So I then raised the temperature to 400 degrees, baked on one side for 15 minutes then fliipped and baked them for an additional 5 minutes.
But it was worth the wait! This recipe was absolutely delicious and my kids loved them, too!"
