"This dish was amazing and very simple. I think Yellowtail is such a delicious fish. The browning of the fish and the simmering in the sauce really brought out the wonderful natural flavors of the fish. Even my husband, who is Japanese, absolutely loved it. Thanks for the recipe....keep up the good work. :)"
