"a bit long to prepare if it's the first time... The orange may take some time to prepare to prepare...We did use 3 teaspoon of sugar for the sauce. Normally we should remove the seed from the pepper. The beef should be remove once then put back in the hot oil in order to be crispy (that's the trick!!!) When putting the orange peel in the oil, beware not to have it burnt. Every thing go fast from that point, so have all parts ready... it is very very good."
