Timing is off, Good Flavor,

"I purchased a 3lb pork prime rib with no clue as to how to prepare. The brine for this recipe was great, had an excellent smell and flavor. Marinated about 15 hours before grilling. I am on a time contrainst and figured the hour grill time for a 6lb rib would work well with my smaller cut. I grilled on indirect heat (grill between 300-350) and it took almost 2 hours to complete. I actually cut the rib into chops in order to finish this. The flavor was excellent. You could really taste the honey on the outside and the salty herb mix on the inside. Just be prepared to spend much more time than the recipe calls for with this. I suggest a weekend dinner!"
