"I enjoyed this recipe. Changed the veggies a bit and used ground turkey - it was great! This is what I did: brown ground turkey with a tiny bit of the sauce. set aside. put olive oil in the pan and add garlic, ginger, mushrooms, zucchini, bell peppers and carrots. stir and steam covered for 1 minute. sprinkle with cornstarch (i used arrowroot) and stir. stir in sauce mixture and add a little extra chicken stock if too thick. add cooked ground turkey, water chestnuts and chopped green onions. serve with steamed rice. num! ;) Suggestion: Use 1/2 the sesame oil as recommended as well as 1/2 of the chili flakes - ours was a tad spicy. Thanks so much for this idea!"
