Kim's Country Clam Chowder,

"One word....EXCELLENT. Just so happened to pull the website up for making clam chowder for the 1st time for a seafood New Years eve dinner...lucky for me to find this recipe. Easy to make, and came out excellent. Highly recommend. My wife agrees--- even stating that is was "restaurant quality". The only thing I did different was that I bought minced clams...didn't have to go through the trouble of steaming them myself.
