"I am a misplace Texan and can remember the terrific BBQ ribs I use to eat while living in Texas. Over the weekend I used your recipe for the rub and it turned out wonderful. My wife doesn't like rubs but she approved this one with flying colors. I can hardly wait to use it again when I have company and show off my expertise.."
