I CAN'T BELIEVE........,

"that I didn't review this recipe before. Perhaps, I wasn't doing reviews when it first came out. Simply to die for, and definitely suitable for a satay.We (the woman who must be obeyed)LOL, and I, have a ring binder with our favourite recipes in same,(we must both agree before any recipe is added to the ring binder) and this one was in there marked "Excellent"!
AND IT IS!! And it was the first chance I could use our newly purchased tamarind liquid, as opposed to the hard-to-work-with dried tamarind pulp! GREAT!! So great, that "The Admiral" requested it for tomorrow night as well!! Fine with me!!"
