"I am in the middle of baking these fab cookies and must say - they are fantastic - giving our Mrs Fields a run for their money!!
Wow - what a work out with your arm - hard work mixing the flours into the sugars!! (no need for the gym now!) I took the advice of another review and doubled the batch and used my hands at the end to do the final mixing- rolled into balls and flattened onto tray!! and they are sooo yummy - my second lot are in the oven now.
I have a gas oven so had that on 180 degres c. if that helps anyone out...
Good job everyone - my friends will be shocked when I tell them they are not from a box!!
