Excellent with slight modification,

"Without even trying it, I cut down the chili paste to 1 tablespoon, and that was still too much (I also doubled this recipe for it to work with the amount of veggies, chicken, and pasta they required; doubled was a perfect amount of dressing that it coated it without making it too soggy) and made it pretty spicy. I'd still cut the chili in half, and it would probably be perfect.
EXCELLENT RECIPE!!!!!! My family loved it. It reminded us of a great dressing that we used to enjoy from a wonderful catering place that went out of business. It wasn't exact, but it was pretty darn close. Highly recommended."
