Great for Company,

"I made this for a family gathering last weekend and everyone was fighting for the last enchilada. The sauce takes an everyday tray of enchiladas and elevates them to gourmet status. I substituted fat free condensed milk for the cream to lighten it a bit and used a roux to thicken it. Will be making this a standard for company meals."
