"I tried this recipe tonight and it was my best pork loin to date. I also added about a tsp of sugar to the marinade. I used a 3 1/2 lb loin, and even though I was only able to marinade it for about 45 mins, it was very flavorful. Also, I cooked it for 10 mins at 450F to sear, then decreased the temp to 350F and roasted for and additional 1 hour and 20 mins (20-30mins per pound)"
