"Fabulous soup! I made this soup last night and I caught my wife licking the bowl. It is simply yummy! I used butternut squash instead of pumpkin and added two heaping teaspoons of nam prik pow.
This soup is easy to make, delicious and lick the bowl good! We had the leftovers tonight and served it with french bread. My wife also said, "This is a top ten recipe honey!"
Darlene, quite simply, you rock!
