"I've never eaten creme brulee before so I'm not sure how it's suppose to taste or what the texture should be. Made it using whipped cream as that's the only cream available where I live. The creme brulee turned out to be like a very, very thick cream, smooth but at the same time light. It goes so well with the crunchy caramalized sugar. It was truly delicious. Will definitely make this again and again. Tq for sharing the recipe.

P/s I did try another recipe using a combination of milk and cream. That has a bit pudding like texture"
