Great base recipe,

"I have a hard time finding tahini where I live, so I rarely make hummus at home, but this is a very nice recipe. If making it as a dip for crudite, I recommend adding a clove of crushed garlic and a pinch of salt to kick it up a notch. Occasionally I also add a spoonful of ground toasted sesame seeds as well (my substitute for store-bought tahini), but the recipe is also lovely without."
