dang tasty. even with no tahini!, August 28, 2008

"I have never had luck making homemade hummus before, but I decided to try this recipe as I had some red bells to use. I did not, however, have any tahini. so I substituted peanut butter...and it's still delicious! I added a wee bit more lemon juice and cumin, cause I love those.
Delish! and nutrish.
