The only lasagna I make,

"I received this recipe from a Cabot booth at the mall about 8 years ago. I was excited to try this non-traditional recipe and was very pleased with the results. Because of the Cabot cheese it is not all that inexpensive to make, but it makes for a special meal. I am surrounded by traditional Italian cooks and can get some great traditional lasagnas very easily, but I like serving this unique lasagna and explaining that it has Tomato Basil Cheddar cheese instead of Mozzarella. Try it and enjoy! Do make sure to season the meat or filling."
