"These came out perfectly and I will make them again for a special occasion, not just another Tuesday night. I ended up spending a lot more money than I planned on in order to gather all the ingredients since a lot of them were fresh or something I don't keep in stock, like fish sauce. They were a great hit with the guys. Just be sure to roll them nice and tight for a better presentation! This recipe is not as complicated as it seems, but the prep definitely takes longer than 30 minutes with all the slicing and mincing (by hand for me). Well worth it, though!!"
