Gluten Free Caramel Corn,

"I just made this yesterday. It's just delicious! It was a big hit with the group I made it for!
I used plain microwave popcorn. It took 2-1/2 bags, popped to make 5 quarts. It was very easy to prepare and after it was baked, I spread it out onto three rimmed cookie sheets to cool.
I plan to make a ton of this, put it in clear bags and tie with a big bow for Christmas gifts along with the recipe."
