"I did try "Bien me Sabe: in the eighties on my first visit to Lanzarote. They also do a Liqueur with the same name that is delicious.
At last I found your recipe. I made it for my friends and they all loved it.
I am from the South of Portugal, I used to taste this unique almond arabic derived sweets... Bien me Sabe is a great pudding after a fish meal. Lovely with Vanila Ice Cream.
Takes longer to make than your paper said. But it was well worth it and I will make it again. Thank you"
