"I served my guests this dessert to end a wonderful meal of paella. They raved about it and took the recipe home with them.
I made the recipe exactly as given. My only comment is that it took at least 15 minutes for the sugar/orange juice mixture to carmelize, and I should have let it go just a bit longer. This is a definite winner."
