"Ive done this rolls with black sesame on the out layer, also its Really important if you make this roll you should have a really good knife because even if you wet it if it's not sharpened it will crumble, for me it's easy to make it square, so i can press it from different sides and i will be shure that it will not fall apart, the rice proportions i use sometimes is 2 tbs of salt 2 tbs of sugar 1/2 of monosodic glutamate (to enchance the flavor) 1 cup of vinager
I cook it on a stove and then pour it on the cooked rice, for me it helps a lot in making the rice get sticky :)"
