"a delicious rice pudding. i think the orange flower water is key to giving this dish its unique flavor. i tried it before and after adding the orange flower water, and it is tasty either way. but if you want a rice pudding that is a little different--and a little better--than the kind everyone else makes, i'd go that extra mile to the import food store for this ingredient. i used jasmine rice instead because that just what i had and it turned out well. to save time, you could use rice that's already cooked (leftover rice from last night, anyone?) and just start in by adding milk, etc., and heating."
