Cheesy Milanese Soup,

"I have made this recipe twice now. I made it exactly the same the second time because it was so good. This is unusual for me as normally I adapt recipes after the first making to suit my own taste. I have made it with vegetable stock as a vegetarian option and it was still delicious."
