Yummy, easy cookies!,

"We made these for my son's preschool class - they were celebrating the Chinese New Year. These cookies were easy to make (he helped). Because they needed to be refrigerated - I put them away and was able to finish up when the kids went to bed - super convenient. The kids enjoyed having something home baked to take to school, and it was nice to have something "authentic.""
