"This was a very easy dish to make. By blanching the bean sprouts beforehand and then adding them later in the cooking process, they remain flavorful and slightly crisp. If you want more sauce adjust as necessary by adding more soy sauce, hoisin, or oyster sauce and less cornstarch. Definitely serve over the noodles as suggested. Enjoy."
