"Hi Rhonda,

I am not sure where your "cha gio" recipe comes from, but I think you should try to compare it to those found in Vietnamese cookbooks. As someone who grew up in Viet Nam and cooks Vietnamese dishes, I find it a little unsettling to see such an unauthentic recipe of this popular dish. I can assure you that neither the southern, northern, nor central part of Viet Nam makes "cha gio" the way you suggest.
