Turnips? Who knew!,

"I didn't know I'd like a turnip soup so much; in fact, I've never tried this vegetable before. I really enjoyed this recipe, and I decided to add the optional cream to the mix.
I really appreciate the technique used in this recipe because I know I can use it to make puree soups using other vegetables. Nevertheless, I am so glad you recommended the use of turnips. I am glad I finally got to try this tasty, little vegetable."
