Awesome Lo Cal Soup!!,

"I looked all over for a low cal. recipe and finally found this one. I didn't want to use heavy cream in my soup or condensed milk so this recipe worked great. The flavor is awesome you can really taste all the fresh veggies. BTW, I added carrots to mine."
