Our Christmas Dinner 2007 - FABULOUS!,

"My husband found this recipe while looking for a way to grill the roast for Christmas dinner.
It came out moist, tender and delicious. Our guests ranted and raved over it.
Much to my chagrin, there wasn't a bite left on the platter when the meal was done. Not that it's a bad thing, but I was really looking forward to roast beast sandwiches this afternoon.
If you follow the directions you won't go wrong with this recipe. We are sold on this one!
Of course it really can't hurt to start with a great piece of meat. We buy ours at a local market in Lexington TN, A&M Seafood Market - yep, plug intended. If you do business with a good company, why not tell others where they can get the good stuff :)"
