The Best Salsa,

"I Really like this salsa. I have made it with canned Anaheim chiles but like the flavor when I use chiles that I toast myself. Pablano chilies make it a little spicier but I prefer the flavor of the Anaheim Chiles. It makes a great base for Chile Verda and enchiladas, is good on tacos and as a dip for chips."
